GE Inspection Technologies Autosigma 3000 gives accurate operation in an easy to use package that is both light and rugged. Designed for operator convenience, the lightweight, battery powered unit is easy to carry and easy to hold during inspections. The 500kHz frequency allows inspection of thin materials using the standard probe. The 60kHz setting is the aerospace industry standard. General Electric (GE) being an industry leader in tool manufacturing, we often get requests for GE Inspection Technologies Conductivity Meter calibrations. The Auto Sigma 3000 Eddy Current Tester is one of the more frequently calibrated GE tools, which is used for checking non-ferrous metals for material identification and grade quality.
Quality Calibration Services
Applied Technical Services (ATS) provides quality calibration services and is known for being one of the few labs in the United States to offer 17025 accredited calibrations on conductivity meters. ATS has earned an excellent reputation in customer service by providing on average a five to seven business day turnaround. ATS offers an expedited service for standard calibrations that do not require repairs. This expedited service offers next-on-bench priority service all the way through the calibration. Typically, this is around two business days.
